Do you actually want to move more? Get fitter? Lose those extra kilos? But do you fall by the wayside because of your busy life and do you run out of energy in the evenings? Don't worry, we have the solution! With the Rockerz Fitness vibration plate, you can combine training your muscles at home in a relaxed way, for example while quietly watching TV.
Training without moving Using the Rockerz Fitness vibration plate has many benefits. It is good for fat burning and muscle building, and it improves bone density and blood circulation. It works as follows: the rapid vibrations throw you physically off balance, causing your body to tense muscles to maintain equilibrium. So you train without having to move consciously. But you can also use the vibration plate to intensify exercises such as squats, lunges, push-ups, and core exercises for more and faster results. The vibration plate has three pre-programmed training programs and no fewer than 120 speed levels. Additionally, you can use the vibration plate for relaxation as a massage device after an intense workout.
Oscillation The vibration plate uses oscillation for training. This is a rocking motion that throws your body off balance, forcing your muscles to work hard to keep the body in equilibrium. The vertebrae in the back are spared due to the minimal pressure they are subjected to through oscillation. This is in contrast to vibration, where the vibrations go exclusively up and down and place a greater load on the vertebrae and joints.
Training Programs Choose from 3 different programs. Each program lasts 10 minutes and features varying speeds. Feet side by side are considered ‘jogging’, while feet apart are considered ‘running and sprinting’. The higher the program, the more intensive it is for your circulation. With each program, the acceleration will increase throughout the program. It is recommended to use the vibration plate for a maximum of 10 minutes per day during the first week. From week 2, you can go up to 20 minutes, gradually building up to program 3.
Tip: Try out exercises you are already familiar with in combination with the vibration plate. This will accelerate the results.
