The Proxy Wide is an ultra-breathable, wide-fit trail running shoe designed for competitive runners seeking performance, lasting comfort, and efficient power transfer on unpaved trails.DETAILS:Proxy is an off-road shoe with a pure racing DNA reminiscent of high-end models. When performance is essential on demanding XC courses or during fast gravel races, this shoe is the solution. Proxy is well-ventilated thanks to an innovative PU-laminated translucent mesh, making the shoe both lightweight and comfortable. The upper is durable thanks to its tear-resistant construction, protecting against the hazards of intense rides on rough terrain.Designed to deliver high performance for cyclists with wide feet, the Proxy Wide offers a roomier fit, with more space in the forefoot for enhanced comfort around the ball of the foot and metatarsals. The closure system is both minimalist and high-performance thanks to BOA® textile guides that balance tension and eliminate pressure points. Featuring a unique, progressively adjustable Li2 BOA® Fit System platform, it allows cyclists to precisely adjust the fit to ensure maximum performance without compromising comfort. The new carbon-reinforced X3 outsole offers greater stiffness for efficient power transfer. The generous rubber tread provides better grip on the pedals and improved traction during the running sections of CX races. What CX, XC, and gravel have in common is the need for speed—and the Proxy is built for that. Whether it's the explosive responsiveness needed to take the lead in a cyclocross race, the agility to navigate technical cross-country trails quickly, or the supportive comfort for fast gravel races, the Proxy's performance meets the demands of all off-road disciplines.TECHNICAL DETAILS: Weight: 326 gFit: WideMaterial Description: PU-laminated mesh upper, offering optimized ventilation and targeted supportCleat adjustment: YesOutsole Material: Carbon-injected nylonOutsole stiffness: 8Outsole Type: All-terrain clipless pedalsClosure system: Unique BOA Li2
