Serious MASS is a high-energy density gainer formulated to deliver a significant ratio of complex carbohydrates and quality proteins. Each preparation delivers 1250 kcal, over 50 g of protein and 250 g of carbohydrates, complemented by a complete profile of vitamins and minerals to support anabolic processes and recovery.
Specifically designed for muscle mass gain, Serious MASS helps strength trainees and people with a fast metabolism achieve the calorie surplus necessary for hypertrophy. It is used in addition to daily nutrition to meet increased calorie needs.
For a typical preparation, pour about 168 g (a heaped scoop) into a blender with 360 ml of water and mix for 30–45 seconds. Consume between meals, after exercise or as a meal replacement according to energy needs.
Suitable for adults practising resistance training or any activity requiring a high caloric intake for mass gain. Ideal for active individuals who struggle to increase their energy intake through food alone.
