Serious MASS is a gainer formulated to deliver a high caloric intake and a protein/carbohydrate ratio tailored for mass gain. Each standard serving delivers about 1250 kcal, more than 50 g of protein and 250 g of carbohydrates to promote muscle anabolism and replenish energy stores.
