The Nano from WTB is designed for speed. Its almost uninterrupted center line offers fast efficiency on hard terrain, while its staggered outer lugs keep you on your toes on tough climbs or turns on loose gravel. The high-capacity 40 mm carcass absorbs gravel impacts while reducing drag and rolling resistance. This makes it a real gravel destroyer that also satisfies those who demand a really big cyclocross tire. Everyone's undisputed favorite. Product advantages : Uninterrupted central tread: You'll be amazed at how fast the Nano rolls for a tire with such high lugs. The magic comes from the even spacing of the stud groups, which allows the tread to glide over the surface of compact terrain. Serrated studs: While the regular spacing of the studs makes the Nano incredibly fast and efficient, the height of the studs provides optimum traction by digging into loose surfaces when pedaling or braking. So the Nano is always fast, but also safe when you need it. Flying V pattern: Inspired by birds that fly in a V formation to improve efficiency, all Nano cleats channel speed through a repeated V pattern to transfer every watt of your energy from one cleat to the next with the least possible loss of energy. TCS Tubeless-Ready: TCS (Tubeless Compatible System) is WTB's standardized tubeless system. These tires feature a TCS tubeless-ready carcass, which virtually eliminates punctures and reduces tire pressure to improve traction and comfort compared with a traditional tube tire. SG Protection: WTB's SG tires are engineered right from the material design stage, with a specific formulation offering superior sidewall protection and improved air-tightness for high-pressure tires. Sidewall protection: The extra layer protects the most exposed areas of the tire and improves air-tightness for high-pressure tires. Fast rolling compound: Specially formulated to enhance rolling efficiency while ensuring reliable traction and exceptional durability. Light casing: A flexible, lightweight casing layer adapts to the terrain to deliver maximum performance, exceptional reliability and low rotational weight.Details : Soft bead wires Tubeless Ready TCS TCS Light/Fast Rolling Tread compound: Dual DNA SG protection Frame: Single-ply 60TPI Dimensions ETRTO Pressures Weight Order no 700 x 40 mm 40-622 40-70 psi 572 g W010-1092
