The Gymstick Original is built around a fiberglass rod and latex tubes that provide a balance of lightness, flexibility and resistance. These materials ensure long service life and controlled feel during pulling and pushing exercises.
Thanks to the Quick-Lock mechanism, the Gymstick can be disassembled into two parts (130 cm assembled / 75 cm disassembled). This system saves space when storing and makes transport easier, making it a practical companion for travel and workshops.
Designed to replicate many movements performed with free weights, the Gymstick enables targeted exercises for the upper and lower body, stabilization exercises and sport-specific movements. It is suitable for rehabilitation, functional work, cross training and Pilates.
The device is supplied with a pair of resistance tubes, a training poster, access to online training content and a carry bag, providing everything needed to start sessions and vary training protocols.
Slightly compact and lightweight when disassembled, the Gymstick Original facilitates individual home training as well as sessions in clubs or physiotherapy practices, while enabling multi-joint sequences and progressions through different resistance levels.
