The Gymstick Original combines a light and strong fibreglass shaft with latex tubes that provide progressive and reliable resistance. This combination ensures long life while maintaining a smooth feel during elastic exercises.
The Quick-Lock mechanism allows rapid disassembly of the shaft into two parts, reducing the length to 75 cm for compact storage and simplified transport. It is supplied with a carry bag to easily take the Gymstick on trips or to classes.
The product includes a training poster and access to exclusive online training content, facilitating the learning of movements, progression of loads and diversification of sessions (strength, cardio, rehabilitation).
Designed for bodybuilding, cross training, cardio and strength training, the Gymstick also fits rehabilitation sessions as well as sports or group training in clubs. It allows execution of single- and multi-joint exercises typically performed with free weights.
