The GYMSTICK band is made from high-quality, extra-thick latex engineered to withstand high tensions without deforming or cracking. This construction enhances product longevity and ensures consistent resistance over time.
The Power Bands come in five colour-coded variants: very light (blue) up to 7.5 kg, light (red) up to 15 kg, medium (black) up to 30 kg, strong (purple) up to 60 kg and extra-strong (green) up to 100 kg. This range allows precise adjustment of training intensity.
Thanks to their loop shape and high latex resistance, these bands are ideal for strength training, explosive power work (sprints, plyometrics), stabilisation and rehabilitation. They help improve power, mobility and muscle control.
The bands slip easily around limbs or an anchor and suit a wide variety of exercises (assisted pull-ups, squats, lunges, abductions, extensions). Their seamless, durable design allows for indoor and outdoor use.
