INGREDIENTS:
Psyllium husk powder (Plantago afra), capsule ingredient: glazing agent (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose); apple pectin (powdered), anti-caking agents (vegetable fatty acids, silicon dioxide).
Ingredients: 4 capsules: powdered psyllium husk (Plantago afra) 2800 mg apple pectin (powdered) 200 mg
DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
2 capsules 2-3 times a day with a glass of water, minimum 240 ml of water. The contents of the capsule can also be poured out and administered with a meal (e.g. yogurt), remembering to drink a glass of water for every 2 capsules of the preparation taken.
