Design and material The Singing Rock Bora GP Screw carabiner is made from hot forged aluminum alloy, a technique that increases strength while reducing weight. Its pear-shaped HMS design, slightly asymmetrical, allows for more gear and improves the positioning of the rope and belay devices.
Closure system and safety Equipped with a Screw Lock closure with KEYLOCK technology, this carabiner ensures snag-free handling of ropes or slings. The KEYLOCK system facilitates clipping and unclipping and limits wear and tangling.
Protection against loading on the minor axis An anti-rotation lever prevents the finger from rotating and reduces the risk of loading the carabiner on the minor axis, enhancing safety with devices like the Grigri or on already anchored lanyards.
Performance and standards Designed to offer reliable performance, it displays 23 kN on the major axis, 8 kN on the minor axis, and 8 kN with the lever open. The product is certified according to EN 12275:2013-H and EN 362:04-B standards, suitable for sport climbing and working at heights.
