The equipment should be used on a level, stable floor with enough free space, and every session should include a suitable warm-up and cool-down.Comfort and movement quality flywheel 6 kg and noise level Clear tracking and practical controls training display LCD. The display and available controls are designed to make the main workout data easy to follow while exercising.
