M1 Manual Curved Treadmill – Self-powered, high-intensity training for home use.
Description: The ITM M1 treadmill is a motorless curved treadmill driven entirely by your stride, delivering a responsive running experience ideal for HIIT, sprint work and endurance sessions. Its curved slat belt promotes a mid-to-forefoot strike to reduce joint impact and improve running posture.
Key benefits: Burn 30% more calories by supplying the drive force, train anywhere without electricity, and transition instantly from walk to sprint for dynamic interval workouts.
Technical highlights: Curved running surface 120 x 40 cm, high-grip latex slats, one-way bearing system to prevent backward belt movement, battery-operated LED console for time, speed, distance and calories, tested up to 22 km/h, maximum user weight 150 kg. Foldable steel frame with transport wheels for easy storage and relocation.
Specs and maintenance: Folded height 30 cm, folded length 156 cm, overall dimensions 121 x 74 x 144 cm (L x W x H), running surface length 120 cm. Practice level: all levels. Power source: manual, without motor. The M1 requires minimal maintenance due to the absence of a motor; follow the included instructions for assembly and safe use.
Usage tip: To control speed, step nearer the front of the curve to increase pace and move toward the centre or rear to slow down.
