The support area has a UHMW (ultra-dense polyethylene) insert that protects the knurling on your bar, limits noise and prevents paint chips when you put the weight down. The shape of the hook with its anti-unhooking rim secures the bar when you're setting up for squat, bench or overhead press. Compatibility is simple: J-Hooks are made for 75×75 mm poles. You select the Ø 18 mm rod (1.8 cm version) if your holes are 18 mm, or the Ø 25 mm rod (2.5 cm version) if your holes are 25 mm. The result: smooth, play-free installation. Directions for use
Mount both hooks at the same height; check that the rod is properly engaged.
