The Diversion features a unique construction offering the best of both shell technologies: in-mould and hard shell. The in-mould section saves weight, whilst the hard shell upper section allows for the sophisticated Active Matrix ventilation system and a more durable shell. MIPS is an additional layer inside your helmet. In a MIPS helmet, the shell and the liner are separated by a low-friction layer, allowing the helmet to slide relative to the head during an oblique impact. The exterior of the helmet absorbs the main shock. MIPS allows your head to move slightly inside the helmet.
