Whether you are traveling, exercising on the go, spending a day outdoors, or hydrating during an intense trail run: with the Katadyn BeFree AC Bottle, you always have quick access to clean and fresh-tasting drinking water wherever you refill. Simply fill the bottle at taps, fountains, or water sources, with the certainty that your water is immediately safe to drink. Thanks to its compact design, you can effortlessly slide the bottle into a bag, running vest, or jacket pocket.
This advanced system is designed for intensive daily use and challenging trips. The bottle is light, robust, and easy to carry. Squeezing or waiting for ages is a thing of the past: the efficient filter technology delivers a smooth water flow of up to 2 liters per minute. Ideal for quick hydration during sports. Furthermore, maintenance is minimal. With the EZ-Clean Membrane, simply shaking or swishing in water is enough to remove dirt, without any tools required.
The filtration system combines an innovative hollow fiber membrane filter with activated carbon. This 2-stage filtration removes micro-organisms such as bacteria and protozoa, and effectively filters out microplastics and sediments from the water. The addition of activated carbon reduces chlorine, chemicals, and unwanted odors. This significantly improves the taste of the water with every sip, ensuring you can enjoy a refreshing drink anywhere.
The flexible drinking bottle is made of reliable material that collapses as you drink, continuously reducing the volume in your pack. The sturdy flip-top cap protects the mouthpiece from dirt and prevents leaks inside your backpack. The hollow fiber filter has a generous capacity of up to 1,000 liters, while the activated carbon filtration remains effective for up to 200 liters. This makes the filter bottle an extremely practical solution for anyone who wants to rely on pure drinking water on the go without relying on single-use bottles.
