Beta-alanine is a well-researched amino acid that increases muscle carnosine levels, helping buffer acid in muscles and delay muscle fatigue, making it especially valuable for high-intensity and endurance workouts. Taurine supports cellular hydration, electrolyte balance, and may reduce oxidative stress, contributing to overall exercise performance and recovery. Caffeine, a powerful stimulant, enhances cognitive function, alertness, and metabolic rate, providing a significant energy boost to help you stay focused and motivated throughout your training. Glucuronolactone is included for its potential to support detoxification and improve physical performance. This multi-ingredient pre-workout shot is engineered for athletes seeking a convenient, effective way to push through fatigue and maximise training results, with a formula suitable for a wide range of sports and fitness goals.
