Key Features

Compatible with olympic bars: inner diameter of approximately 5 cm, designed for 2" / 50 mm bars.
Free 360° rotation: perform movements in multiple directions with a wide range of motion.
Robust rubber base: holds the bar securely while providing a stable anchor on the floor.
Textured surface: improves grip and reduces the risk of slipping during training.
Floor protection: the rubber limits direct contact between the bar end and the floor surface.
Compact format: easy to carry in a sports bag and simple to store after training.
Quick setup: simply insert the end of the bar into the base before starting your session.
Versatile use: suited to a broad range of upper and lower body movements.

360° Rotation

The design allows the bar to move freely in multiple directions. This 360° freedom of movement makes it possible to perform a wide variety of functional movements and to work from different angles.

This range of motion is particularly well suited to pressing, pulling, rotation and lunge movements, while keeping one end of the bar anchored to the floor.

Non-Slip Rubber Base

The base is made from robust rubber. Its textured outer surface increases friction with the floor to promote greater stability throughout training.

Good grip on a variety of surfaces.
Partial absorption of impacts and vibrations.
Limits unwanted movement of the base during use.
Protects the floor from direct contact with the bar end.

Compatible with 50 mm Bars

The inner socket has a diameter of approximately 5 cm / 1.97" and is designed to accept the ends of standard 2" olympic bars. Always check the outer diameter of your bar sleeve before use to confirm compatibility.

Simple Setup

Place the landmine base on a flat, stable surface.
Insert the end of the olympic bar into the opening.
Push the bar in far enough to ensure a secure fit within the base.
Add the desired weight plates to the other end of the bar if your exercise requires it.
Check that the base is correctly positioned and does not slide before starting.
Perform your movement and allow the bar to pivot freely according to the angle of the exercise.
