LifeStraw Go Steel 700 ml combines double-wall vacuum insulation with an integrated two-stage filtration system to deliver cooler, better-tasting water on the move. The BPA-free membrane microfilter removes bacteria (including E.coli and Salmonella), parasites (including Giardia and Cryptosporidium), microplastics, silt, sand and cloudiness, while the activated carbon filter reduces chlorine, odors and taste-altering chemicals. The membrane lasts up to 4,000 L (about five years of daily use), the carbon filter up to 100 L (about two months), and the membrane pore size is 0.2 micron. Made from stainless steel with a color-matched silicone mouthpiece, the bottle is dishwasher safe once the filter is removed, includes replaceable filters and parts, and meets NSF 42 and US EPA & NSF P231 standards.
