LifeStraw SIP Filter Straw — Thistle Purple
Clean water anywhere — portable filter straw with carry case in bold purple.
Sold and shipped by Outdoor Food
Imagine trekking through remote terrain, traveling abroad, or navigating urban areas where water safety is uncertain. The LifeStraw SIP Filter Straw – Thistle Purple is your slim, reliable companion to drink directly from many water sources without worry. No electricity or chemicals needed — just sip through the straw and let the microfilter do its magic.
Crafted with stainless steel and a silicone mouthpiece, this straw is built for long-term use. The included leak-proof carry case keeps it protected while on the move. With advanced membrane filtration, this filter removes 99.999 % of bacteria, 99.999 % of parasites, and 99.999 % of microplastics (down to ~0.2 micron). The filter lifetime is approximately 1,000 liters. To maintain performance, blow residual water back through the straw after use to clear the membrane, then dry the mouthpiece before storing in the case.
Thanks to its sleek, lightweight form (about 49 g for the straw, ~86 g with case), it slips easily into your backpack, travel kit, or camping gear. Whether you’re sipping from a mountain stream, reservoir, or foreign tap, this filter lets you access safer drinking water without bulky filtration systems. You gain portability, confidence, and hydration assurance wherever you roam.
