The Lifemaxx LMX Squat Sponge provides extra comfort to the neck and shoulders during exercises such as squats and lunges.
The Squat Sponge is extra comfortable because it is made of thick foam and has a notch in the middle. The notch reduces strain on the spine and protects the pressure points of the neck and shoulders.
The LMX24.2 Squat Sponge can be easily attached to Olympic Barbells (50mm).
Tip: also very suitable for use during hip thrust exercises!
