Have you ever applied a warming gel to stiff muscles? Or placed a bag of ice on a swelling? Temperature differences provide relief from pain. With the Heat-Cool Head, you turn your Massage Gun into a heat and cooling therapist in no time.
Advantages of the Tunturi Massage Gun Head - Heat and Cool ✓ Expand your massage gun with heat and cool therapy ✓ Compatible with the massage guns of Tunturi and other brands ✓ Heat activates muscles, accelerates muscle recovery and relieves pain ✓ Cooling reduces swelling, injuries and inflammation ✓ Rechargeable via USB-C in 2.5 hours
Upgrade for your massage gun With a massage gun, you can perform all types of massages. From a relaxing massage on top of your skin to a deep massage to treat trigger points. With Tunturi's heat/cool head, you can now add heat and cooling therapy to this list. Thanks to the three included rubber rings, the attachment fits most massage guns from different brands:
Heat or cool at the touch of a button There are two buttons on the headpiece: one for heating (red) and one for cooling (blue). You use heat for recovery and cooling for swelling and injuries. The two modes offer many physical benefits, but are also just a delightful addition to your everyday massage.
The benefits of heat therapy Heat therapy activates your muscles, improves blood circulation and relaxes tired or tight muscles. It helps you recover after exercising but also provides relief if you have a stiff neck, for example. In addition, a massage with heat relieves pain such as rheumatism, arthritis and menstrual pain.
The benefits of cooling therapy Cooling therapy works the other way round: cold causes your muscles to contract and the blood circulation to slow down. This will reduce the chances of muscle swellings, as well as (acute) injuries and even inflammations. Cold also slows down the speed at which pain impulses are sent to your brain. This reduces pain.
Heats and cools at different temperatures The massage head heats and cools at two different levels. The LED indicator on the massage head shows which level and thus which temperature you are at. When heating, the indicator colours red at level 1 (40°C) and brighter red at level 2 (45°C). When cooling, the indicator colours blue at level 1 (20°C) and brighter blue at level 2 (15°C).
Rechargeable via USB-C The attachment can be charged using the included USB-A to USB-C cable. The head is fully charged in 2.5 hours. When heating, the battery lasts 2.5 hours at level 1 and 2 hours at level 2. When cooling, the battery lasts 1 hour at level 1 and 40 minutes at level 2. For safety reasons, the device switches off automatically after 15 minutes.
