The Maxxis MINION DHR II tire is designed for aggressive riders and is built for downhill racing on dry to loose terrain.
Completely redesigned, it offers even better performance in acceleration, cornering, and braking. The wide side knobs facilitate corner initiation, while the denser grooved center tread provides improved rolling efficiency and exceptional control. The 2-ply casing is double-layered and reinforced with a butyl insert for enhanced protection and increased sidewall stiffness. This tire uses the 3C MaxxGrip compound, engineered to deliver maximum grip and prevent unwanted bouncing.
