Whether you're a beginner or an expert, this Omada agility ladder will help you gain speed, coordination and stability. The rigid polypropylene (PP) rungs slide on high-tenacity nylon straps: you adjust the spacing in seconds to target exactly what you need (fast feet, chassé steps, COD/change of direction, hip work). The yellow color of the bars ensures perfect visibility on grass, parquet or tartan, limiting mistakes and making your drills smoother. Sturdy and lightweight, the ladder unfolds flat and stays securely in place during runs. Once your workout is over, you can pack it away in the carrying bag to take it anywhere: the field, the gym, the park, or on vacation.
Want a complete setup? Combine it with our Omada cones to create obstacle courses, our speed hurdles to work on stride length, and an Omada speed parachute to develop acceleration. Directions for use
Start with 30-35 cm centers, then reduce to 20-25 cm for foot speed. Keep chest sheathed, feet light, gaze forward. 3-5 passes per drill, short recovery: highly effective HIIT format.
