Light and powerfulThe brand's lightest and most popular headlamp, the Bright As Day 800, delivers up to 800 real lumens for the full battery life, allowing you to continue using it long after the sun has set. It features four intensity settings, an SOS and flash mode, and a screw-in battery locking system. What's more, all Moonlight headlamps come with an extension cord that allows the battery to be stored in a pocket or running vest, lightening the weight of the battery and reducing neck and shoulder strain. In cold weather, the brand recommends always storing the battery close to the body to preserve its temperature and capacity. The battery is a latest-generation lithium-ion cell (21700), offering over 25% greater capacity than similar headlamps using 18650-type cells. This makes the Bright As Day 800 a popular choice for ultra-runners and other athletes looking for a powerful, lightweight headlamp with long battery life. This headlamp has won the Hardrock 100, the Western States 100 miles and the UTMB in 2022.Need a spare battery for long distances? Opt for the ultra-compact version. The Bright As Day 800 is waterproof and dustproof (IP67), making it the ideal choice for all slow-to-moderate outdoor activities, such as trail running, hiking, mountaineering, commuting by bike and more.Technical specificationsActual lumens: 800Light distribution: 15 - 30°Lamp head type: 6061-T6 aluminum alloyLamp head weight: 54 gBattery type: 1 x 21,700 - 4,600 mAh / 3.7 V (17 Wh)Battery weight: 100 gEstimated autonomy: 500 cyclesHeadband type: compactTotal weight: 248 gAutonomy: 800 lumens: 2 h / 400 lumens: 4 h / 200 lumens: 8 h / 40 lumens: 40 hGoPro QuickClip compatibleWater resistance: IP67
