Native Micellar Casein Isolate 92% (1 kg ) is a casein product of the brand Nutrimusclecasein product, offering superior protein quality.Casein, a protein ly present in milk, makes up around 80% of its composition, while the remaining 20% is whey. Thanks to a 'cracking' technique that separates the milk components, we obtain what is known as total protein, made up of a casein concentrate and a native whey concentrate.Casein isolate, or micellar casein, represents a purer form of casein than simple concentrate.
