Bringing together technologies from our most successful sock designs, the all-new Aero Sock takes multi-sport performance to a whole new level, with air-defying speed. Tested and optimized in the wind tunnel, the front fabric features structured lines to increase boundary layer (surface) turbulence and save more than a minute over a 180km Ironman bike race. Our all-new Aero.dots form a line from the malleolus to the seam, directing airflow to reduce turbulence at the back of the sock, decreasing drag and saving a few extra watts. The foot structure follows the design of the Ultralight running sock, with lightweight, sweat-wicking mesh for optimal ventilation and thermoregulation in hot conditions. A revised and enlarged toe box brings more comfort and better proprioception to your run, while a special mesh around the heel provides soft support when the pace picks up. Light arch support prevents the fabric from twisting and chafing, with extra sponge padding on the big toe to save you from black nails and bruises. Underfoot, a clever pattern of 50% 3D.Dots and 50% Flat.Dots cushions impact and adds grip to the shoe. It also provides gentle micro-stimulation to increase venous return and delay fatigue, while ventilation is also improved as air circulates between the points. At the back of the sock, an ultralight mesh takes care of thermoregulation without adding weight and a full Achilles band in dot technology offers reassuring support in all disciplines. The fit is higher than our trail and running models for optimal aerodynamic performance while staying within UCI limits. Silicone inserts around the seam prevent the material from slipping down when going from cycling to running. The fastest sock of the bunch, the revolutionary Aero Sock is ready to become your new shoe of choice, from your local tri to Kona's lava fields. Proven aero performance, with structured material and Aero.dot technology to reduce drag and increase speed. Maximum thermoregulation and ventilation thanks to lightweight mesh panels, to keep your feet cool. Ultralight fabric around the foot and calf for high performance ventilation and comfort when running in hot conditions.
