P Zero™ Race TLR is designed to incorporate all the benefits of tubeless technology into a versatile race-ready tire that outperforms any cycling tire we've created before, including tubulars. The special SmartEVO compound improves grip on wet and dry asphalt compared to our previous cycling rubber. The P Zero™ Race TLR 28-622 and P Zero™ Race TLR 30-622 are compatible with hookless rims under the ETRTO 5bar/73psi maximum pressure limit.P Zero™ Race TLR 26-622 is NOT compatible with hookless rims.SmartEvo Compound: To date the most advanced race chemical formulation for road use, it was born from Pirelli's Motorsport experience and collaboration with factory World Tour teams. The new SmartEVO Compound is composed of a unique tread compound based on three different polymers, each offering opposing performance in a perfect blend. The advanced polymer blend with 'smart' behaviors are the key elements of the SmartEVO compound, offering improved grip and rolling resistance in all weather conditions.SmartEVO Compound is a high performance chemical formulation developed for modern cycling, from daily training to World Tour racing.SmartEVO Compound is an exclusive feature of the P Zero™ line.SpeedCore : The highest performing tubeless-ready casing in our lineup features a thin airtight layer of rubber with aramid particles that covers the inner portion of the tire. The greater flexibility of the rubber compound makes the tire faster and smoother, while the presence of the aramid allows for better puncture resistance. The casing is completed with a 120 tpi nylon fabric plus puncture protectionSpeedCore is a patent-pending technologySpeedCore is for exclusive use on the new P-Zero Race TLRSpeedCore is the choice of World Tour Factory teamsDetails: Flexible bead wires.
