Sitting activities and working on computer screens often have negative effects: your shoulders slump, your head drops, and your thoracic spine is unnaturally strongly curved. The Blackroll Posture PRO posture trainer prevents poor posture by reminding you to let your shoulders drop and straighten your spine. The material is soft enough to encourage you to adopt a good posture, but your muscles still have to work and become stronger on their own.
Individual fit: Thanks to the adjustable back element, the Posture PRO can be individually adjusted and guarantees high wearing comfort. The padded straps make it comfortable to wear, and the fixed strap buckle prevents the posture strap from slipping. The Posture PRO posture trainer is available in 2 different sizes based on common clothing sizes: • S/M/L • XL/XXL
Discreet and suitable for everyday use: This Blackroll posture trainer can be easily worn under or over your clothes and is suitable for everyday use at the office, at home, or during your training.
Consult your doctor or therapist before using the Posture PRO if you have back or neck pain or injuries. The posture trainer is not suitable for children under 12 years.
Build up slowly: Initially, wear the Blackroll Posture PRO only for short periods. As your muscles get stronger, you can wear it longer. ATTENTION: Wearing the posture trainer should never be uncomfortable.
