These bands (powerbands) are made from durable elastic and measure 103 cm in length. They come in several widths and resistance levels to progressively match training intensity.
The bands are perfect for adding resistance to the bench press or deadlift, assisting or overloading pull-ups, increasing the difficulty of dips, or for rehabilitation movements and stretching. They are suitable for strengthening, toning and physical preparation sessions.
To ensure long life, store the bands away from direct light and avoid abrasive surfaces. Apply talcum powder from time to time to maintain elasticity and reduce friction.
