The bar mainly contains whole oat flakes (27%), inverted sugar syrup, pretzel pieces, maltodextrin, pumpkin seeds (7%), glucose syrup, wholegrain crispies (6%), soy seeds, coconut oil and vanilla extract. The formulation favours plant-based ingredients and whole grains for a balanced nutritional contribution.
Designed to provide complex carbohydrates and progressive energy, this bar helps support increased energy needs during endurance activities or intense strength-training sessions. Magnesium contributes to normal energy metabolism and helps reduce the feeling of fatigue.
Ideal to consume 30 to 60 minutes before exercise and/or every 40 to 60 minutes during exercise with water. Suitable for cardio training and weightlifting as well as for on-the-go use throughout the day for a timely energy boost.
