Pull up bar
The pull up bar for your door frame, ideal for doing strength exercises at home!
Sold and shipped by Fitwinkel - Sporttrader
A pull up bar, also called a chinning bar / pull up bar, is ideal for doing strength exercises at home. The advantage of this door pull up bar is that you do not need extra weights, since you perform the exercises with your own body weight. However, you can also use additional weights and resistance bands to increase the difficulty of the exercises. With a pull up bar from VirtuFit you can train the back, abs, shoulders and arms. If you want to put more emphasis on the biceps, you should place your hands closer together. You can emphasize the back muscles more by holding the chinning bar wide.
Assembly Pull up bar The VirtuFit pull up bar is a sturdy steel bar with a chrome finish to prevent corrosion. The pull up bar comes with 6 screws to mount the bar even more securely. The foam handles provide extra comfort during training. Fortunately, mounting the door pull up bar in a door frame or between 2 walls takes only a few minutes so you can start doing strength exercises in no time. Drilling is therefore not necessary! The bar fits door frames between 62.5 to 100 cm and supports a weight of up to 120 kg. Furthermore, the VirtuFit pull up bar is of high quality and therefore comes with a 2 year warranty. Note: this pull up bar is designed for wooden doorposts. Metal doorposts can sometimes bend, which prevents proper attachment of the bar.
VirtuFit The Dutch fitness brand VirtuFit guarantees excellent quality. The fitness machines and fitness articles are made of quality materials and great attention has been paid to user-friendliness, design and extensive functionalities.
