Description

The PresTeq PerformFree girth is an innovative anatomical girth designed to provide the horse with optimal comfort and freedom of movement. The special shape of the girth, created after thorough research on horse anatomy, biomechanics, and behaviour, ensures optimal pressure distribution and prevents excessive pressure on the sternum. Combined with extra-soft gel padding in certain areas, this girth allows your horse to fully unleash its potential, without any hindrance. The shape of the girth follows the curve behind the front legs, creating greater freedom of movement. Additionally, the narrower sections of the girth reduce pressure on the horse's ribs, and the wide surface ensures better pressure distribution on the sternum. The buckles are located between the muscle attachments, which reduces pressure on the muscle attachments themselves. These points not only create more freedom of movement but also allow the PerformFree girth to improve the horse's comfort and minimize respiratory obstruction. The girth consists of rounded shapes that, combined with the padding, ensure optimal pressure distribution on the horse's body. This helps reduce, or even prevent, girth injuries. Due to these anatomical aspects, the PerformFree girth stands out as a unique choice in its category. Leather material: vegetable-tanned leather Metal material: stainless steel- Anatomical and innovative girth

The girth does not hinder the movements of the horse's front legs. Its shape follows the curve behind the front legs, allowing for greater freedom of movement for the shoulders. The extra space enables the horse to extend its stride forward.
The narrower sections of the girth reduce pressure on the horse's ribs. Extra thick and soft padding is placed at the front of these cutouts, near the front legs, providing additional comfort to the horse.
At the sternum, the girth has a wider surface. This surface, combined with the thickness of the material and gel padding, ensures optimal pressure distribution.
The girth is made up of only rounded shapes, which prevents pressure points on the horse's skin and fascia.
The girth's buckles are positioned between the muscle attachments of the Latissimus Dorsi and Serratus Ventralis, reducing pressure on the muscle attachments during maximum tightening. Additionally, the girth is equipped with gel padding under the buckles, contributing to better pressure distribution.
Equipped with a 'home ring'??? for attaching training aids. Furthermore, this versatile girth features D-rings on both sides. Thanks to a magnet incorporated in the leather, the metal rings stay firmly in place during the horse's movements and do not interfere with either the rider or the horse.
The girths come with stainless steel roller buckles. These buckles have an anatomical shape that minimizes pressure points under the buckles.
The versatile girth has a triple elastic on both sides, providing the horse with the necessary freedom of movement to breathe and move unimpeded. The elastic is strong enough to prevent the saddle from shifting.
The elastic of the dressage girth is hidden under the leather and serves as a control point for a well-adjusted girth. When the elastic becomes more visible to the rider, there's no need to tighten further; the horse still has enough space to breathe.
The extra relief at the front of the girth makes it easy to see how to position the girth correctly.
It is essential never to over-tighten the girths (of any kind). The best place to feel if the girth is tight enough is not under the buckles but on the horse's sternum. Thanks to the anatomical points and optimal pressure distribution, the PresTeq girth helps limit, or even prevent, girth discomfort.
