These insoles provide high levels of impact dissipation and foot propulsion! The Dual-Material construction provides cushioning at the heel and propulsion at the forefoot. The slim design (3mm) allows them to be used both underneath existing insoles, or in direct contact with the foot. They are also effective in preventing joint pain.
