The Samarali yoga bolster can be used for both meditation and restorative yoga exercises. The bolster is produced from responsibly sourced cotton.

A bolster is commonly used in restorative yoga for deep stretching and breathing exercises. The bolster can provide necessary support for the back, neck, lower back, shoulders, arms and legs.
MATERIAL - The bolster's outer and inner fabric are made from GOTS-certified cotton. The outer cover is removable for easy cleaning. Please refer to the attached care labels for appropriate washing instructions.
ADJUSTABLE - The bolster is filled with buckwheat hulls to offer both sturdy support and great comfort. The inner liner can be opened to adjust the bolster to your desired level of comfort.
DESIGN - The bolsters are available in a variety of earthy and vibrant colours, using plant-derived dyes. For added convenience, the bolster also comes with its own handle which is hidden within our embroidered motif.
PACKAGING - In order to reduce our ecological burden, we use only paper packaging and ship our products in paper packaging.
