The bolster is entirely made from GOTS-certified cotton (outer fabric and inner lining), ensuring a soft feel and responsible production. The removable outer cover makes cleaning easier and extends the product's lifespan.
The bolster is filled with buckwheat hulls, offering firm and modifiable support. The inner lining opens to allow adjustment of the amount of filling so you can personalise the support according to needs (back, neck, legs, arms).
With a height of 20 cm and a length of 66 cm and a weight of 3.4 kg, this bolster is suitable for restorative yoga practices, meditation and stretching and deep-breathing exercises.
