The Schwinn 590R recumbent bike provides an ergonomic seated position that reduces joint strain. The low step-through makes getting on and off easier, giving comfortable use even during long cardio sessions.
The 7" console displays training metrics in real time and connects via Bluetooth to receive heart rate data and sync apps like JRNY and Zwift. The interface allows direct control of resistance levels and session tracking.
Equipped with 25 resistance levels and 10 preset programmes (intervals, targets, competition), this bike lets you precisely adjust intensity and variety, suitable up to an advanced training level.
The bike has a flywheel equivalent to 12 kg, a width of 72 cm, a height of 120 cm and a length of 169 cm. It is powered by an AC adapter and designed for regular use.
For added comfort and entertainment, the 590R includes speakers and a tablet holder. Transport wheels make it easy to move the device within the home.
