If you're the type of angler who wants the best, without compromise, then look no further - this is it. In its never-ending quest for perfection, Shimano has reimagined the future of ultra-long-range reels and combined for the first time a new spool design with its famous Super Slow 10 oscillation. It's a combination you can see, and it's a combination you can feel, especially when you're casting your rigs to distant spots. And not only does it cast like no other reel you've ever experienced, with an amount of technology straight out of Shimano ingenuity, but it's also smooth and powerful. The list of features on this reel is remarkable: every available piece of Shimano technology has been used. HAGANE magnesium gears are incredibly light yet incredibly strong. HAGANE Gear and X-SHIP for maximum strength, Infinity Drive and Silent Drive for increased reeling power, smoothness and durability, and a one-piece titanium bail arm to guide your line perfectly to the pick roller-up. There's also X-Protect water protection. The most outstanding feature is a 45 mm spool with Super Slow 10 oscillation, which combine to minimize line friction when casting. To get even more potential distance from your cast, Rigid Cast increases the resistance of the handle to reduce deflection at maximum force. The new superstar from Shimano, super stylish and incredibly long-range. Cast far, cast accurately
