TaylorMade Stealth Plus #5 Fairway Head / Loft 19
TaylorMade Stealth Plus Fairway Wood Head for you who want high speed, low spin and control. Compact head for experienced and ambitious players.
Do you want a fairway wood head that gives you high speed, low spin and the ability to shape your shots yourself, then the TaylorMade Stealth Plus is a strong option. It is a compact fairway wood head at 175 cc, made for those who want more control at address and a more penetrating ball flight. The shape is classic and playable, so you get a head that is easy to work with both from the fairway and the semi-rough. The ultra-thin ZATECH face is designed to create high ball speed and efficient energy transfer through impact. At the same time, the larger clubface provides extra help when you don't strike it quite flush. The lightweight carbon crown frees up weight in the head so the center of gravity can be positioned optimally. This helps you achieve more efficient contact and a strong combination of distance and control. The redesigned V Steel sole improves interaction with the turf and makes the head more versatile from different lies. This is especially an advantage if you want to be able to trust your wood, even when the ball isn't sitting perfectly. You also get Twist Face, which helps stabilize ball direction on typical mishits, as well as the Thru-Slot Speed Pocket, which preserves more speed on low-face strikes. In short, this head is a great fit for you who:
want low spin and high ball speed want to hit a more neutral and controlled ball flight appreciate a compact head with good playability use your fairway wood actively from both fairway and rough
A sharp choice for the experienced or ambitious golfer who wants a little more control over both distance and shot shape.
