The Wilson Roland Garros Team 102 tennis racket is designed for players with a short to medium swing looking for a comfortable and dynamic racket. Ideal for beginners and intermediate club players seeking a lightweight, maneuverable graphite racket. This model is also suitable for women and juniors transitioning from shorter kids' rackets to standard length rackets. The design features traditional Roland Garros tournament colors. With a low weight (249g unstrung), the racket offers easy maneuverability, allowing for quick swings, facilitating spin, and enhancing attack speed. The slightly oversized head (102 sq in) increases the sweet spot for better hitting accuracy. A head-heavy balance (34 cm) provides good dynamics and offsets the racket's light weight. Measuring 27.25 inches, it extends the reach of swings, particularly benefiting late reactions. The oval head shape with elongated vertical strings enhances shot dynamics. A denser string pattern (16x20) allows for controlled, spin-oriented play with excellent ball feel. The racket comes pre-strung from the manufacturer and does not include a cover.
