The adjustable training hurdle TEAM is stable and easy to set up: just unpack, assemble, and start. The cone holes, practice rods, and joints offer countless practical combinations. For example, they can be used for coordination exercises, to train stability or jumping power, as well as for exercises involving rebounds or dribbles. The cone holes are located at heights of 5.5, 18.5, and 30.5 cm, but with the help of the joints, a hurdle can even be adjusted up to a height of 100 cm. The hurdle is available in four different colour combinations.
