The EDELRID ULTRALIGHT helmet has been a hallmark of the brand since the 1980s, providing reliable head protection for climbers and mountaineers from impacts and falling rocks. Originally designed as an individual climbing helmet, its robust construction and ease of cleaning have established it as the standard in climbing operations for durability. The modern design features striking lines and offers a variety of color options. Numerous ventilation openings on the sides ensure continuous air exchange and comfort even in warm ambient temperatures. The extremely robust and impact-resistant outer shell made of polypropylene remains. Combined with a partial inner shell made of foamed EPS and an inner strap construction, it provides excellent shock-absorbing properties. The new version of the ULTRALIGHT III by EDELRID is a top choice for durability and commercial facilities like climbing schools and adventure parks. The padded carrying system is fully adjustable, washable, and made of antibacterial strap material. All components such as the carrying system, padding, or headlamp clips can be easily replaced and are available as spare parts.
