Greater adjustability. Better retention.
After two decades as the most used chain guide on the Downhill Mountain Bike World Cup circuit, e*thirteen guides are trusted by the world's best racers. Always looking for ways to improve the rider experience, we designed the Vario chain guide with rider preference and choice in mind, allowing riders to customize the guide to their needs.
The Trail version is a minimal and lightweight option with a 2-bolt top backplate and an ultra-compact top slider. It's perfect for your traditional downcountry or trail rides and is best suited for hardtail and lightweight full-suspension mountain bikes with up to 140mm of travel.
Features:
Adjustable top slider: The compact Vario slider offers infinite lateral adjustment to accommodate different chain lines, thanks to a simple single-bolt mechanism.
Versatile mounting: The frame can be attached inside or outside the back plate of the guide to better suit various bike configurations.
