DESCRIPTION:
Calcium citrate is an easily digestible and absorbable form of calcium, a mineral essential for maintaining bone health. Vitamin D, magnesium, zinc, copper and manganese are included because of their essential role in bone metabolism.
COMPOSITION:
Calcium (from calcium citrate), magnesium, zinc, manganese, copper, vitamin D, cellulose, cross-linked cellulose gum, magnesium salts of fatty acids (vegetable source), silicon dioxide, fatty acids (vegetable source), food coating. Ingredients In a daily portion (2 tablets) Calcium (from calcium citrate) 600 mg Magnesium (from magnesium oxide and magnesium aspartate) 300 mg Zinc (from amino acid chelate) 15 mg Manganese (from amino acid chelate) 5 mg Copper (from amino acid chelate) 1 mg Vitamin D (as ergocalciferol - vegetarian source) 10 mcg HOW TO USE:
2 tablets a day, preferably in divided portions and with a meal
