How does a foam roller work? With a foam roller, you put targeted pressure on your muscles and tissues. This helps loosen muscles, relieve muscle soreness after an intense workout and treat injuries and muscle knots. By using your own body weight on the roller, you can reduce tension in your muscles and make them more flexible. That is why a foam roller is also called a trigger point roller or massage roller.
3 textures for 3 types of massages The Tunturi Yoga Grid Foam Roller has three different textures. This allows you to choose from three types of massages: light, medium and intense. That makes this foam roller perfect for any type of muscle care. Whether you want to massage your legs, back, neck, arms or spine, you’ll find just the right intensity for every need with this roller.
Compact and easy to carry With a length of 33 cm and weighing just 850 grams, the Tunturi Yoga Grid Foam Roller is compact and easy to carry. The hollow interior design makes it easy to store a towel inside, so it’s a practical choice on the go. Whether you're going to the gym or traveling, you’ll always have access to an effective massage.
Long lifespan and lasting performance The Tunturi Yoga Grid Foam Roller is made of high-quality EVA foam, which guarantees a long lifespan and lasting performance. The sturdy material provides sufficient support and resistance, while the textures ensure a smooth, consistent rolling movement. This makes the fitness roller ideal for daily use and intensive massage sessions.
Available in 10 trendy colours The roller is available in ten different colours: mint, gray, petrol blue, army green, rose gold, light blue, orange, black, pink and blue.
