Fitting:
When you assemble your equipment, the cable shouldn't be rubbing against the metal parts or the plastic guide or cover as this would prematurely wear out the components. Also pay attention to the tightness of the pulleys as a loose or over-tight pulley can lead to greater wear on the cable. A damaged cable will more quickly wear out the components that it is in contact with. See the user guide for more information.
Wear:
Pulleys are wearing parts, so it's normal to change them. The change will depend on maintenance, frequency of use, and load. We recommend replacing it at least once a year. Don't wait for signs of wear before changing them. See the user guide for more information.
Repairable:
Your rack is repairable for the majority of issues*. Find all of our spare parts on the Decathlon website or on our support website. Any concerns? Your equipment is under warranty**, ask for assistance directly on our support site. * Subject to availability ** Within the normal use conditions outlined in the warranty.
