Design details

HOW HAS THE RUN COMFORT GRIP SHOE BEEN DESIGNED FOR RUNNING?
When you run, the shock wave generated by each impact with the ground corresponds to approximately 3 times your weight. This wave runs from the heel to the top of the spinal column. Your joints act as shock absorbers but are also severely put to the test. Choosing a good pair of running shoes is therefore essential for absorbing shocks and dispersing vibrations.
WHAT IS THE RUN COMFORT GRIP CUSHIONING MADE OF?
The combination of three exclusive ingredients to ensure soft cushioning: 1. Elastic and lightweight EVA (Ethylene-Vinyl Acetate) foam 2. Optimised heel construction (CS (Circular System) technology) for superior shock absorption. 3. Exclusive K-Only technology makes this shoe suitable for all stride types (built-in component at the mid-foot and double-density zone under the first metatarsus)
WHY IS GRIP IMPORTANT FOR RUNNING ON TRAILS?
Grip is an important feature for running on trails and paths. So it is important to choose a shoe with a lugged outsole that provides superior grip.
WHY IS THE RUN COMFORT GRIP COMFORTABLE?
Thanks to your feedback, we have changed the construction of the shoe to make it easier to put on. The tongue has been modified to make the opening wider. This model is exclusively designed for women: - you feel the softness of the cushioning as soon as you put your foot in - we chose stretch fabric over the bunion area to give extra space and reduce rubbing on the bone
HOW DOES THE RUN COMFORT GRIP SHOE SUPPORT YOUR FOOT?
Your shoe is easy to adjust thanks to the lacing system and side strips.
HOW TO CHOOSE THE RIGHT SIZE OF RUNNING SHOE
To ensure optimum comfort in your RUN COMFORT GRIP shoes, choose a size bigger than your usual size. There should be 1 cm between your toe and the end of your shoes because your feet swell during exercise.
WHICH SIZES ARE AVAILABLE?
From 3 to 8
HOW MUCH DOES A RUN COMFORT GRIP SHOE WEIGH?
300 g in size 5.5
WHAT IS THE DROP OF A RUN COMFORT GRIP SHOE?
'Drop' is the difference between the height of the back (heel) and front (forefoot) of the shoe. There is a 10 mm height difference between the front of the sole and the back.
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY RUN COMFORT GRIP SHOES?
Do not machine wash your shoes, as this can damage their physical properties, leading to detachment, shrinkage or tearing of the mesh at the top of the foot. We therefore recommend that, when they are very dirty (muddy), you wash them with soapy water and a little synthetic brush. Above all, avoid bleach! Rinse in fresh water. Do not leave your shoes to dry too close to a source of heat.
WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF RUNNING?
Running will enable you to: 1.get some fresh air 2.look after your body 3.develop your muscles gradually 4.maintain or lose weight 5.improve the health of your bones
