What type of product is this service intended for?
Make life easier and entrust the complete assembly of your exercise bike, indoor cycling bike or cross trainer to the experts at your Decathlon workshop. We can assemble and adjust your equipment to ensure a perfectly safe workout. This service is available exclusively in-store for new equipment purchased from Decathlon (excluding home assembly).
What exactly does this service involve?
Need help with your new exercise bike? This service includes unpacking the structural frame, as well as assembling the various elements, such as the handlebars, saddle, console and pedals. The technician then carries out a safety and operational check to approve it for use. Watch our video to see an example of this service.
What is included in the price of this service? Are spare parts included ?
This service includes labour only. The new product and any spare parts required will be billed for on the quote. For servicing packages, products such as grease, lubricants and cleaning products are naturally included in the price.
How long is the warranty on labour and parts?
There is a 3-month workshop warranty on labour to ensure your equipment is restored to perfect condition. For new products, the 2-year statutory warranty applies first, followed by the product’s specific commercial warranty. (please refer to the product's user guide for further details).
Do you assemble non-Decathlon machines?
For safety and compliance reasons, our Decathlon workshop teams only assemble new equipment purchased directly from us. Please note that this service does not apply to equipment purchased second-hand, on our Marketplace (from partner sellers) or from other retailers.
