The Hoop innovation is exclusive to Decathlon. Kids and avid basketball players always want to take a basketball hoop on holiday or to the park with their friends. However, the whole point of a basket is that it is fixed (to a wall or on a stand). The hoop is a true revolution. It is light, compact and has two straps, meaning you can take it anywhere and attach it to any tree or post. It's the ideal hoop for having fun anywhere, with family or friends!
Which ball can be used with the Hoop?
The ideal ball for playing with the Hoop is the Wizzy Tarmak from Decathlon. The Wizzy is a size 5 basketball, 20% lighter than a classic ball. It is the right size for the Hoop and means that any player, particularly smaller ones, can shoot from further away!
What are the dimensions and weight of the Hoop?
Dimensions - Width: 46cm - Height: 58cm - Thickness: 7cm (when the Hoop is in its closed position) Weight: 1.7kg.

Boys over 12 and men: size 7. If you want a very durable ball, go for a rubber ball. If you want a ball with a good feel, leather or synthetic are the right materials.
