    Waterproofing

    The backpack has been designed using a fabric that is waterproof up to 2,000 Schmerbers and has 100% taped seams to stop water getting inside. We have chosen a rolling closing system like the one on canyoning backpacks. As such there is no risk of the water going through a zip for example. The "canyon" type fastening is the most effective to stop water from getting inside the bag.

    At Decathlon, all of our Quechua backpacks are guaranteed for 10 years against normal product wear and tear. In the case of a defect, we recommend its repair, replacement, or a refund.     Analysing the product's environmental footprint enabled us to identify the most impactful stages of its life cycle. Thanks to this approach, our design teams were able to develop this product while significantly reducing its environmental impact.
