How to dress your babies so they stay warm on your sledging outings?
To make sure you stay warm and dry, we recommend using the 3-technical-layer rule:
- Layer 1 or thermal base layer, to stay dry.
- Layer 2 or an insulating layer, to keep the heat in.
- Layer 3 against bad weather.
What are the benefits of polyester?
Durable high-quality component, whose warmth and lightweight properties have been rigorously tested in the laboratory and in the field. The knit has been brushed to provide the volume needed to create a layer of air that keeps your kid’s body temperature warm.
What is the cut of the SIMPLE WARM kids’ thermal ski base layer?
The cut of the SIMPLE WARM baby ski/sledge technical base layer (or first layer) is REGULAR.
This is a classic straight cut in a stretch knit fabric that fits the body shape of every baby. The neck is well covered thanks to the high collar.
ADDITIONAL SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT INFORMATION
Textile dyeing requires a lot of water and also produces waste water from the dye baths. To reduce this environmental impact, we opted for a bulk dyeing process that involves adding the colour pigments when the yarn itself is being produced.
